When do I get paid?
Monthly. Each commission holds for 14 days first — to clear refunds and fraud review — then becomes payable and is settled in the next monthly payout run.
How accurate is the tracking?
We track with a 30-day cookie and a server-side fallback for when cookies are blocked or stripped. Attribution is first-touch: the first partner who sent a user wins, and it’s locked at account creation.
What actually counts as a referral?
A user you referred who subscribes. You then earn 25% of their subscription on every payment for 12 months from the date they were first attributed to you.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are detected and auto-voided by the anti-fraud heuristics. The program only rewards real members you genuinely bring in.
What if they churn or get a refund?
If a referred member cancels, you simply stop earning future commission on them. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission reverses — including clawback of anything already paid out.
