Is everything made to order?

Yes. We start making a piece after you order it, so nothing is made that nobody wanted. Every piece is made to order after you pay. Allow about two to three weeks from order to door.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order after you pay, and then it ships. Allow about two to three weeks from order to door. We email tracking the moment your order ships.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for a piece that is unworn with its labels. You pay the postage to send it back and we cover the postage on the new piece once.

How do I look after it?
  • Fleece and tees. Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Knits. Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle, or by hand. Dry flat; do not tumble dry.

Designed in Vancouver and made to order by our manufacturing partner. Each product page says where that piece is made.

Do I need an account?

No. Check out as a guest and find the order later with your email and order number on the account page. An account just keeps your orders in one place.
