Shipping

Every piece is made to order, then shipped to you. This is where we ship, what it costs and what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in Canada and the United States. We don’t ship anywhere else yet. If you’re somewhere else and want a piece, write to us and we’ll tell you when that changes.

Made to order

Nothing is made until you order it. When your payment is confirmed, your order goes to our manufacturing partner, which makes each piece and ships it to you. That is how nothing gets made that nobody wanted, and it is why an order takes longer to arrive than something that comes off a shelf.

We don’t hold stock, so we can’t offer pick-up or same-day delivery.

Delivery times

As a guide, allow about two to three weeks from order to door. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. The estimate comes with your shipping choice, before you pay.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Making time varies by piece, and carriers and customs can add delays that are outside our control. An order of several pieces can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.

What it costs

Delivering toShipping
CanadaComplimentary
United States$20 CAD

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes, if any, are worked out at checkout and shown before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

Orders to Canada are shipped with duties and import taxes already paid, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you tracking. It also appears on your order page, which your receipt links to, and in your account if you have one. If your order ships in more than one parcel you’ll get each tracking number.

Address mistakes and late parcels

If you spot a mistake in your address, write to us straight away: the sooner we know, the more we can do. Once a parcel has shipped we can’t redirect it.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of its delivery estimate, write to us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, see Returns and exchanges.
